24-1515 - Hitachi SAN Storage Technology and Services

The City is currently using Hitachi SAN storage infrastructure to support its SAN storage needs. The intent of this RFP is to seek an experienced Hitachi authorized reseller to provide Hitachi SAN infrastructure, services and maintenance for the City. The authorized reseller will be responsible to provide: Recurring Hitachi Vantara maintenance and support; On demand Hitachi Vantara equipment; Coordination with OEM for Planned, and recurring services; On demand new Hitachi Vantara software lice
