The City of Calgary (‘The City”) is seeking proposals for the provision of cloud-based software as a Service (SaaS) solution for a Treasury Management System (TMS). The City’s Treasury division executes The City’s capital financing program, produces the liquidity and cashflow forecasts, manages the investment program, the issuance of short and long-term debt into the capital markets, and ensures the proper processes and controls are in place to secure The City’s funds.
