SEAMLESS PATIENT EXPERIENCE REVIEW

The Seamless Patient Experience Review was launched on September 23, 2024, to ensure Albertans using the refocused health care system have an integrated, consistent, and seamless patient experience, including accessing appropriate and efficient care across multiple sectors. A contractor is needed to support the review through information gathering, analysis, engagement with provincial health agencies and stakeholders, the development of interim deliverables and a final report.
