Integrated Project Delivery Team for Aquatics Planning and Construction

The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals for an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) team for the Aquatics Planning and Construction. The IPD team will work as part of a highly collaborative team and share in the project’s risks and success. The IPD team shall be composed of the architect, general contractor, electrical consultant, structural consultant, mechanical consultant, civil/geotechnical consultant, mechanical contractor and electrical contractor.
