GEF Seniors Housing owns and /or operates 41 buildings in Edmonton, Alberta. GEF Seniors Housing is soliciting for a fixed price to provide professional services for ASHAE level 2 or equivalent and modeling services for selection of our properties to conduct a comprehensive energy audit, providing recommendation for energy efficiency measures meeting the criteria set out by CMHC under National housing investment fund contribution between GEF Senior housing and CMHC.
