The City of Calgary (“The City”) is proceeding with the following acquisition: Scope of Project: [Background: The City of Calgary operates data centre environments that support key IT services for City departments, including systems used by Calgary 911. These facilities rely on Mitsubishi Electric Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to provide short‑term backup power during utility interruptions and to maintain continuity until emergency generators engage. The City’s Mitsubishi UPS unit
