Avtek Scout Console Licensing and Support

The City is looking to extend licensing and support for their Avtek Radio Consoles used by GP911 and Public Safety Communication Center (PSCC). Changing providers would cause technical complication and duplication of costs as the City navigates an expansion to the new PSCC dispatch center. This one year extension will allow the time required to prepare business cases for the system expansion RFP forthcoming.
