Direct Award to Aquatera Utilities

The City of Grande Prairie hereby provides notice of its intent to directly award to Aquatera Utilities for the bulk water and landfill fees. The City has chosen to direct award an estimated three (3) year spend of $405,000 for these services and not to request proposals for the following reasons: Sole Source - Only known supplier. The City is not aware of any other suppliers capable of providing the referenced goods/services as Aquatera is the sole provider of landfill services in the region
