26-002 Nice Systems, Maintenance, and Support

Notice is hereby given by The City of Calgary (“The City”) of its intent to continue the existing contractual agreement with Xentrax Inc for the provision of NICE technologies including maintenance and support. Scope: • Provision of annual maintenance and support, along with associate professional services to ensure the NICE system remains fully operational. • Supply of future state products and services as required to maintain system compatibility with technological advancements.
