This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide support for land-based acquisitions, valuations, agreements, negotiations, consultations, management (Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Regulated Surface Rights), and other related activities, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Parkland County is a rural municipality located im
