Hybrid transit services reflect Council’s interest in enhancing regional connectivity through a combination of fixed route and flexible, on demand service models. The City is seeking information on potential partnership, funding, and cost recovery options to support sustainable service delivery and inform recommendations to Council by the end of July 2026.
