Request for Proposal (RFP 02/26) Exclusive Commercial Brokerage Services to Market and Sell Land at Junction 42 Business Campus

Red Deer County (the “County”) invites qualified Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firms (“Proponents”) to submit an Expression of Interest and proposal to provide marketing and sales services for County-owned industrial/commercial land at the Junction 42 Business Campus (“Junction 42”). The County intends to select one (1) firm to act as the County’s exclusive commercial brokerage representative for the marketing and sale of selected parcels.
