The Town of Drumheller (the “Town”) seeks innovative proposals from interested parties for the following: The Town invites proposals to remove accumulated sludge from Cell 1, located at the Town’s wastewater treatment facility. Dewatering of the recovered sludge and disposing of solids at an approved facility will be required.
