This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Red Deer Polytechnic (“RDP”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Campus Master Plan and Green Campus Master Plan Update. This RFP is to provide proactive, responsive campus planning and design services, project management and delivery.
