Peers, AB Seniors Housing Review Request for Proposal

Yellowhead County is inviting proposals from qualified Consultants to provide Consulting Services to complete a Senior’s Housing Review for the hamlet of Peers, AB. This project aims to determine whether there is sufficient current and future demand, population base, appropriate housing types, viable unit scale, and overall financial and operational feasibility to support seniors’ housing development in the Peers region.
