Bullshead and Elkwater Dams - Dam Safety Review and Risk Analysis

The objective of the Dam Safety Review (DSR) is to assess and evaluate the safety of the Bullshead and Elkwater Dams and their appurtenant structures, including identification and review of dam safety deficiencies, non-conformances, and operations, maintenance and surveillance (OMS) issues, along with recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation / management.
