Transferred Frequency Response (TFR) Request for Proposals

The Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Transferred Frequency Response (TFR) to comply with the Alberta Reliability Standard BAL-003-AB1-1.1 and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) Reliability Standards BAL-003-2.
