Suite Renovations: 30 Units at Murdoch Manor

Nature and Scope of the Opportunity The objective of this project is the comprehensive interior renovation of 30 vacant units located within Murdoch Manor. This initiative represents Phase 3 of a large-scale recovery effort for the property. Murdoch Manor is a high-density senior living complex originally constructed in 1973, comprising 360 units in total.
