PROJECT BACKGROUND: Asphalt shingles on two buildings have deteriorated to a point where the roofing needs to be replaced. Due to budget and time constraints, the Province may move forward with any combination of the Phases or none. PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Replacing roofing to mitigate damage to the buildings.
