Municipal Development Plan and Land Use Bylaw Review and Update

The City is seeking professional land use planning, transportation planning and land economics or similar consulting services for a comprehensive review and update of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and a review and an amendment to the Land Use Bylaw (LUB). The City is rapidly growing from a small town into a city within a metropolitan region. An updated MDP will shepherd this growth and the evolving community identity that comes with it.
