Sole source is proposed to PSPC Canada Systems, ULC (a subsidiary of L3Harris Technologies Inc.), formerly Harris Canada System, Inc., the sole supplier that provides certain services and materials related to the repair, overhaul and replacement of L3Harris proprietary component and sub-assemblies for Technology and Innovation on behalf of Alberta First Responders Radio Communications System (AFRRCS), Public safety and Emergency Services.
