Construction of a Final Cap for the C & D Cell. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: survey, compacted clay cap construction, transitional soil layer placement and grading, topsoil layer placement and grading and supply and installation of the following: C & D Cell leachate extraction pipe extension, and seeding.
