Housing Program Manager for the Lubicon Lake Band Community Infrastructure Project

The intent of these Terms of Reference is to invite proposals and retain a Housing Program Manager (HPM) to provide coordination, construction contract administration, progress certification and inspection of the construction of houses at Lubicon Lake Band (LLB) for the 2026/27 housing program described herein with the option to extend for additional years as required.
