Green and Black Cart Collection Service

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Green and Black Cart Collection Services (the Deliverables) as set out in the RFP. This will be 5-year contract with 2-year extensions.
