Third Party Roofing Inspection - GSS West Village

The purpose of this RFQ is to select a qualified third-party roofing inspector for GSS’s Continuing Care Home Type A West Village project. The inspector will provide numerous inspections and reports to GSS during the progress of the roofing work in accordance with the SBS Roofing Application Standards, including the specific scope set forth in Paragraph 10 below (the Services). GSS will advise of the number and frequency of roofing inspections required.
