Long Term Electrical Load Demand Forecasting

The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent to perform a “Study of Weather Sensitivity Enhancements for Long-Term Electrical Load Demand Forecasting”. The intent of this study is to identify methods to improve annual load forecast accuracy by investigating the integration of weather metrics such as degree day and heat wave data into EPCOR’s existing forecast methodology.
