911 Emergency and Fire Dispatch Services

The City requires a qualified and experienced Emergency Communications supplier to provide Fire Dispatch and Primary Public Safety Answering Service (PSAP). Proponents shall be capable of supporting the City’s emergency response needs, be integrated within the Alberta First Responders Radio Communication System (AFRRCS) and follow the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 1225 Standard for Emergency Services Communications.
