RQB PQR Project Support Roles

The purpose of this PQR is to establish a Resource List to provide the Province with qualified QSPs for future Project Support Roles within CFS. The Province requires five strategic Project Support Roles to enable flexible, timely and right-fit resource to support the development and delivery of projects, in whole or in part. The five Project Support Roles are: 1. Change Manager 2. Research, Evaluation, and Review Specialist 3. Project Management Consultant 4. Business Analyst 5. Writer/Editor
