Facility Needs Assessment & Asset Management

The Town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta (population 18,000), is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to prepare three integrated planning documents: a Facility Asset Management Plan, a Space Needs Assessment, and a Recreation and Culture Facility Needs Assessment. These deliverables are separate stand‑alone reports but must align with one another to form a coordinated municipal facility planning package.
