Cost of New Entry (CONE) Report

The AESO is seeking an experienced Firm to develop a report that provides the estimated Cost of New Entry (CONE) for greenfield power generation facilities located in Alberta.All cost estimates shall be prepared at an AACE Class 5 construction cost estimate level (or equivalent industry standard). An RFP may be issued before the end of Q3 2026 for this Statement of Work.
