The Town is seeking a qualified engineering consultant to update its infrastructure condition assessment and capital renewal plan for core municipal assets, including: • Water distribution systems • Wastewater collection systems • Stormwater systems • Roadways • Sidewalks The objective is to provide a comprehensive, defensible, and data-driven assessment of asset condition, remaining service life, and capital replacement needs to support long-term financial planning and asset management.
