Consulting Services - User fees and rate structures

This review will include an assessment of the existing policy, fee structure, and methodology, as well as recommendations for new fees or revisions to those that may require restructuring. The City expects completion of the deliverables on or before March 31, 2027. The City may utilize the selected vendor for similar work in future, for up to 30 additional months.
