The City of Edmonton invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the procurement, implementation, and configuration of a dedicated Phishing Tool. This Tool will be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model which will integrate with the City’s existing Google environment, and will be used by the CISO to conduct ongoing phishing campaigns directed at all City staff.
