Seasonal Landscape Services

Silvera is seeking a proactive service provider capable of implementing best practices and managing Landscape services cost-effectively across thirty-seven (37) properties in Calgary. The successful proponent will be considered for inclusion in a Preferred Vendor Program, with an anticipated agreement term of four (4) years, plus one (1) optional renewal year. Services include spring, summer, fall & winter program’s including snow removal, as outlined in Section 3 – SCOPE OF WORK.
