To contract with Liburdi Turbine Services to acquire a Hybrid Laser system. The University requires compatibility with an existing LAWS-250 Laser Directed Energy Deposition 2nd Gen. to allow in-situ monitoring between the two systems and laser sintering of dark ceramics for defense and nuclear applications.
