This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Winter Street Sand, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City requires a qualified respondent to supply and deliver coarse winter street Sand.
