Request for Proposals for Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team Project Partner – Architect West Campus Recreation Project – Phase 1

The City of Leduc (the “City”) invites Proponents to submit a formal Proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage the Professional Services of an experienced Architect as an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team Project Partner for West Campus Recreation Project – Phase 1 (the “Services”) with the intent to negotiate and enter into a Contract with the City for the Services.
