Application Services under AMSA, Statement of Work No. 14

This Statement of Work (SOW), under the Application Master Services Agreement (AMSA) is an invitation to submit Responses for the provision of Self-sustaining Application Services and Base Services with a focus on Continuous Service Improvement and innovation, such as employing new technology tools, Automation-First and AI-Enabled Service Delivery, in order to increase efficiency and allow for Knowledge Transfer of Application Services and Base Services.
