Youth in Transition Resources and Support Services (YITRSS), Children and Family Services (CFS), seeks to establish a service delivery model that strengthens natural and cultural connections, fosters meaningful relationships, builds practical life skills, and promotes resilience and well-being among young adults. The Province may extend the Contract under the same terms and conditions, for one or more terms which, when taken together, do not exceed a total of 12 months to perform the Services.
