A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by March 2, 2026 at 14:00 EST. All offers submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence requires Canadian Flight Training Units to deliver a structured seven-week training program enabling selected Royal Canadian Air Cadets to obtain a Transport Canada–issued Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane).
