Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) is the Government of Canada’s National Housing Agency, with a mandate to help Canadians gain access to a variety of affordable housing options. It is a Crown Corporation, with a Board of Directors, reporting to Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada. CMHC has employees located at its National Office in Ottawa, and at various regional offices throughout Canada. A comprehensive Company profile of CMHC can be found at www.cmhc-schl.gc.ca This Invitation to Qualify (“ITQ”) is an invitation by CMHC to prospective Proponents to qualify in accordance with the ITQ Assessment of Responses outlined in Part 2 for eligibility to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process for the provision of a Co-Managed Service Model for a Security Operations Centre (“SOC”) and Security Information and Event Management (“SIEM”) solution as further described in the ITQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
