Ernst & Young LLP Description of the Requirement: The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) is conducting an annual financial audit of the Department of National Defence (DND). This audit of DND’s financial information is a component audit of the group audit of the Government of Canada’s consolidated financial statements. The objective is to acquire the professional services of two contractor resources to assist the OAG audit team in conducting the audit work related to the annual financial audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards and OAG audit and documentation standards. Level of Security Requirement: Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability The Contractor’s resources requiring access up to Protected B information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid Reliability clearance, granted or approved by the OAG. Applicable Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada–Korea Free Trade Agreement Proposed period of contract: The work by the first resource will begin on 20 May 2025 and end on 8 August 2025 and the work by the second resource will begin on 9 June 2025 and end on 18 July 2025.
