By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders to provide supports during the R&D phase of technology development through performing Techno-Economic Assessments of mineral processing and metallurgical process flowsheets. The TEA required would be classified as the AACE International Class 5 Estimates. The contract will be from date of contract awarded to March 31, 2025. There will be a possibility of four (4) optional years.
