Description of Work: The Department of National Defence's Science and Technology Enhanced Research Capability (STERC) project has a requirement for Professional Services to provide support for the project. - Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories - The work is currently being performed by Modis Canada Inc. under contract (value $2,169,600.00) Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) Minimum Resource Security Required: Enhanced Reliability This requirement includes a Conflict of Interest clause.
