Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment. d. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS e. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name. f. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B g. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement. h. Fill out all appendices and attachments. i. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 31 January 2026
