Indigenous services cultural support

The solicitation of offers is to establish a contract for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the solicitation of offers, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs), excluding Nunavut. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the services of an Indigenous organization experienced in identifying and facilitating the delivery of services by Indigenous Elders and Knowledge Keepers (E/KK), to better support the timely and effective delivery of Indigenous cultural support across Canada to the Public Health Agency of Canada.
