Description of Work: Global Affairs Canada (GAC) is a Government of Canada department with approximately 15,000 employees, many of whom work in over 170 missions worldwide. As part of SIS, the Service Management team (SISP) is responsible for maintaining and developing ITSM-related solutions, services, best practices, and reporting capabilities to meet the IT service offering needs of the department and maintain an efficient, robust, and secure solution.
