By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders to carry out the following tasks:
1. Conduct a GAP analysis looking at the number and type and overlap of projects being delivered in Indigenous communities in Saskatchewan with regards
to flood mapping.
2. Coordinate and facilitate two (2) Indigenous engagement sessions in Saskatchewan.
3. Author reports based on items one (1) and two (2) offering suggestions for improving flood mapping engagement to minimize Indigenous community
engagement fatigue.
