"Canadian Free Trade Agreement/ Accord de Libre-Échange Canadien" Region of Opportunity: Unspecified Region of Delivery: Ontario GSIN: N6600 Notice Type: Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Tendering Procedure: Invited (per E60HN-16ELEC018HN) Description: The National Research Council Canada has a requirement for a data acquisition and control device as part of an upgrade to expand the capability of the existing data acquisition system in M10F Test Cell #2. This project aims to upgrade the data acquisition hardware and software in Test Cell #2 to match the system already deployed in Test Cell #1, ultimately, to allow for enhanced operational safety as well as the quality of test data provided to NRC’s clients. This NPP is issued pursuant to Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60HN-16ELEC018HN, and covers a requirement detailed within. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the Supply Arrangement Holders authorized for the region of delivery. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to bid. Non-Supply Arrangement (Non-SA) holders may submit a bid to the Identified User (IU) but must also submit an arrangement to the Supply Arrangement Authority (SAA) for evaluation.
