AMENDMENT #001 The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions raised by offerors. OFFEROR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question 1. The specs include locations in Edmonton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon and Calgary - will the contract be divided into different suppliers based on location? Response 1. The expected outcome of this Request for Standing Offer is the award of up to 4 Standing Offers (one per delivery point). Offerors can choose to submit offers for 1 or more delivery points but must demonstrate which delivery points are included in their offer by including the applicable pricing schedule(s). END OF AMENDMENT #001 *********************************************************************************************************************** Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide printing and reprography services in support of our legal operations. Services required are those related to copying or printing from electronic format (primarily PDF); and binding short, medium and long-run documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format (i.e. PDF) on the current activities of the Department of Justice Canada, with a security classification no higher than "PROTECTED B". Based on previous history, the estimated annual quantity is approximately 2,500,000 copies. Services are to be provided “as and when requested” according to the following service timeframes (excluding weekends and statutory holidays except Alberta Family Day, Louis Riel Day and Saskatchewan Family Day): • Standard Service: Delivery to the client within twenty-four (24) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents • Rush Service: Delivery to the client within four (4) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents • Urgent Service: Delivery to the client within two (2) hours of possession of the Printing Services Request Form and documents The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is for printing and reprography services for the Department of Justice Canada Prairie Regional Office (PRO). Awarded Standing Offers may include up to four (4) delivery points: [APPLICABLE DELIVERY POINTS TO BE CONFIRMED AT STANDING OFFER AWARD] 1. Department of Justice Canada – Saskatoon 410 22 St E, Suite 410 Saskatoon, SK S7K 5T6 4. Department of Justice Canada – Calgary 601, 606 4th Street SW, Calgary AB T2P 1T1 Offerors are required to submit their offer in response to the Delivery Point or Delivery Points of their choice. Offers will be evaluated in accordance with the mandatory technical criteria in response to which offerors have submitted their offer. Offerors are required to indicate the delivery points for which they are submitting an offer. There are security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers.
